I aim to give your dog the most fun walk possible, specifically tailored to their needs!

Finn

Does your dog prefer to walk on the pavement rather than in the park? Perfect, lets go explore the neighbourhood! Would they prefer to have a quick toilet break then go straight back inside for a cuddle? Can do!
Before any walks or check ins commence I will visit you for a meet and greet to get to know you and your dog.

I'm Finn, and I provide dog walking and pet services in the Hampton Wick area. I am insured to walk dogs, trained in canine first aid and have experience walking many dogs from chihuahuas to spaniels to labradors, from 9 weeks to 8 years old.

ABOUT ME

I found my love of dogs through my own pet, Ripley. Before I met her I considered myself a cat person, but that quickly changed. Despite the chaos of puppyhood, Ripley really helped me get outside more, as well as meet new people and get to experience things I would not of without her. I saw a huge positive shift in my mental health after getting her.Through prior experiences, research and owning my own, I became educated on dogs, and was then offered a job to walk my neighbours dog every weekday.I really enjoyed this, as it gave me a break from the chaos of my own puppy at home, as well as knowing how much I was helping the family and their dog by breaking the day up by walking her. I also couldn't believe I was getting paid to hang out with a dog.I have since taken a course in canine first aid and got insured, to make sure I can keep my clients dogs safe, as I know how important our pets are to us.I also have experience with cats, rodents, fish and even insects and horses!

Can I meet you before you walk my dog or visit my pet?
Absolutely! My standard is to have a meet and greet with you and your pet to get to know you and discuss your pet's needs before any service take place.
How do pet visits work?
I offer 30 minute long check ins, where I spend time with your pet in your home. These are catered to your pet's needs, but the usual requests are to take them out to the toilet, then having a run around the garden. I am happy to offer additional tasks, such as feeding or giving medication as per your written instructions. As I said these check ins can be very different depending on the needs of your individual pet. I am happy to work with all kinds of pets from regular to exotic.
Where do you walk my dog?
This is catered to your dogs needs, generally it would be at your local park. We can discuss this further during our meet and greet.
What happens if it's raining during my dogs walk time?
We get wet! I'm very happy to take dogs out in the rain. If your dog is adverse to going out in bad weather we can discuss a different plan during our meet and greet to cater to your dog.
Do I need to be home when you pick up my dog?
No, generally clients are happy for me to hold a copy of their key to enable me to walk their dog without them being at home.
What is your cancellation policy?
As I am a one person business I require 72 hour notice for a full refund so I have time to offer your slot to other clients. Last minute cancellations are non-refundable.
